1. General Agreement

By connecting to the HappyMC Minecraft Server (`play.happymc.fun`), joining our official Discord community, using our Discord bots, or buying ranks from our Webstore, you agree to comply fully with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. User Conduct & In-Game Behavior

We strive to maintain a fair, clean, and fun multiplayer environment. You explicitly agree not to:

Use hacked clients, cheat mods, macros, autoclickers, or exploit bugs/glitches.

Harass, abuse, threaten, doxx, or send toxic messages/hate speech to other players or staff.

Advertise other Minecraft servers, Discord servers, or commercial products inside our chats.

Attempt to bypass in-game bans, silences, or blacklists using alternate accounts.

Failure to follow our player guidelines (fully listed on our Rules Page) will result in punishments, including temporary silences, account suspensions, or permanent network-wide bans.

3. Ranks, Purchases and Refund Policy

Purchases made on the HappyMC Store (`store.happymc.fun`) are voluntary donations that unlock virtual, in-game perks. Ranks and package perks are linked exclusively to your verified player account.

No Refunds: All payments are final. Ranks and in-game packages cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim through PayPal/stripe will result in an **immediate, permanent, and automatic blacklist/ban** from the HappyMC Network and Tebex merchant services.

Rules Enforcement: Buying a rank does not exempt you from server rules. Staff members reserve the right to ban or suspend any account for rules violations, without refund.

4. Disclaimers & Affiliations

HappyMC is an independent multiplayer community. **We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or Discord.**

Virtual items and donations are not sold by Mojang, and any questions, refund requests, or payment issues must be directed to the HappyMC Support Team, not Mojang or Microsoft.

5. Limitation of Liability

HappyMC provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the server will be online 24/7 or lag-free. Ranks, assets, in-game coins, and inventory items can be lost due to server updates, database resets, or hardware failures. HappyMC is not responsible for virtual asset loss.
