Discord Account Data: Your unique Discord User ID, username, avatar, and server guild roles (fetched via Discord OAuth and bot API).

Minecraft Account Data: Your Minecraft Username (IGN) and unique player UUID (Unique Identifier).

Network Logs: Connection metadata, including IP addresses, client versions, and timestamps during server login.

Store Transactions: Email addresses and package histories for ranks/perks purchased on our webstore (handled securely via Tebex).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

Account Verification: Linking your Discord account to your Minecraft profile to sync in-game progress, ranks, and roles.

Staff Application Processing: Reviewing and tracking applications submitted through our staff dashboard.

Community Communication: Sending automated Discord notifications (DMs) regarding application status changes.

Chat & Bridge Integration: Bridging the Discord channel chat with in-game Minecraft chat to support crossplay communities.

Security & Safety: Detecting, preventing, and auditing security risks, hackers, ban evasions, and potential network attacks.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to support your player account, manage webstore purchases, or comply with legal requirements.

Your Rights: You have full control over your linked account data. You can request to unlink your accounts, view the stored information associated with your profile, or request complete deletion of your records from our systems by opening a **Support Ticket** on our official Discord server (`discord.gg/happymc`).

4. Third-Party Integrations

HappyMC does not sell or distribute player data. We integrate only with trusted third-party services necessary for operation:

Tebex: Secures and processes Minecraft webstore purchases. No payment info (credit card details) ever touches our servers.

Supabase: Provides secure cloud database storage and identity management.

Discord API: Delivers authentication and bot notifications.
